It is also around a 1000 blocks download, so it´s also a great option if you don´t have a lot of space left. It won´t knock anyone out with it´s story (It´s not reinventing the wheel) but what it does, it does it in spades. If you have already played/own Dementium, there is very little new content here save a few retouches and easter eggs, but if you haven´t it is a very nice game in the vein of the old silent hill series. The music is pretty much untouched, and using headphones is still greatly recomended. The upgraded resolution and retouched textures bring up a lot of detail and it just feels nice to gaze upon (can´t talk about the 3d effect tho, so no lying).

Thanks to the circle pad, moving and aiming results in a much more comfortable experience(plays really good on a 2ds). It was made back in 2007 on a much inferior hardware, so it may not be strikingly surprising to anyone used to the horror genre, and yet still as a budget portable title it works wonders.

Dementium Remastered is a great updated re-release on the 3ds of the original dementium.
